This is a list of what you are looking for in a home. It should include what is most important to you, what you could not live without, and things you are willing to compromise on. This list will help your REALTOR when searching for your dream home.  Such things you should consider when making your list are

Begin your Search

Your REALTOR will take all of the information you have given them, review criteria you are looking for, in a price range you qualify for, and look for potential homes for you. When walking through a potential home, it is advised to bring your amenities checklist and take notes. This will help later when you sit down to compare properties you have looked at.
